Connections
Manage AI provider connections and credentials.
Supported Providers
A8NT supports connecting to:
- Claude (Anthropic) - Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 3 Opus, etc.
- OpenAI - GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo, o1, etc.
Adding a Connection
- Navigate to AI > Connections
- Click Add Connection
- Select your provider
- Complete the OAuth flow or enter API credentials
- Name your connection for easy identification
Claude OAuth
Claude connections use OAuth for secure authentication:
- Click "Connect with Claude"
- You'll be redirected to Anthropic's authorization page
- Authorize A8NT to use your Claude subscription
- Copy the authorization code and paste it back
Note: Claude OAuth requires a Claude Pro or Claude Max subscription. Free accounts do not support API access through OAuth.
OpenAI API Key
OpenAI connections use API keys:
- Generate an API key at platform.openai.com
- Paste the key in A8NT
- Your key is encrypted at rest
Managing Connections
From the Connections page, you can:
- View connection status
- Test connectivity
- Refresh OAuth tokens
- Delete connections
Security
All credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We never store credentials in plain text.
